Alberto Mosqueda is the CEO of PDL Sports Group and the vision behind PDL Sports & Social Club. With deep roots in San Antonio’s development landscape, he has contributed to several notable construction and improvement projects across the city. He is also the owner of Disruptive Construction, a company known for challenging traditional industry methods and bringing modern, efficient approaches to commercial building and infrastructure projects.
Alberto’s experience across business development, construction, and community-focused design shaped the direction for PDL. The result is a destination created to elevate the sport-lifestyle experience through world-class courts, elevated hospitality, and a social atmosphere built for the community.
Jorge Guerra
Founder & Chairman
Jorge Guerra is a hospitality entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience developing and operating businesses across the United States and Mexico. Over the course of his career, he has launched and managed multiple hospitality ventures, including several restaurant locations in San Antonio, where he led expansion efforts and built teams that supported long-term operational growth.
As Founder and Chairman of PDL Sports & Social Club, Jorge leads the strategic vision for the project, focused on creating a premium destination where sport, hospitality, and community come together.
Mario Ochoa
VP Operations
Mario Ochoa is an operations and strategy executive with more than two decades of experience developing and scaling hospitality, entertainment, and service-driven concepts. Throughout his career, he has focused on building brands, designing operational systems, and leading teams that deliver premium guest experiences.
As VP of Operations at PDL Sports & Social Club, Mario leads the development of the club’s operational framework and service culture, integrating hospitality, sport, and community into a cohesive member experience.
